Whilst much of the UK languishes under piles of snow, here in Tobermory we've enjoyed fabulous sunny weather. Yes it is very cold (-10 last night), but the air is crystal clear which gives us fabulous sunrises and sunsets; and amazing views. We have had some snow, but not as much as many areas.
This has to be one of my favourite times of the year when the island is at its most spectacular. Interestingly, most of our guests think so as well: the results of our questionnaires filled in during December showed guests rating the weather at 82% in a scale where Very Good is 75% and 100% is Excellent.
