Inspirational Mull

For centuries, the Isle of Mull has inspired visitors.  Dr Johnson and James Boswell visited in 1773; Keats in 1818; Mendelssohn was inspired to create the Hebridean Overture in 1829; JMW Turner in the 1830's and in 1859 Wordsworth visited and wrote poetry here.

Whether its wildlife, history, music, the sea or just the simple beauty of the place, what will inspire you when you visit us in Mull?

There are so many things to discover on Mull and Iona, that its difficult to select or recommend anyone.  These are just a few of the websites that we've found useful - but as ever, the fact they're listed here doesnt mean we endorse them or are responsible for any of the content of the sites.
